This website is operated by LGI Barn and where we refer to “our”, “we”, “us” we refer to ourselves, LGI Barn. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the LGI Barn Terms and Conditions.
You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using any part of our website, you agree to all of our terms and conditions, as given on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please end the use of our website immediately.
General Usage Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We assume that by using our website, you are of the appropriate age. The recommended age of use for our website is 16+. You agree to use our site content solely for your purchasing requirements and will not re-use any content or imagery for any other purpose (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We work very hard at LGI Barn to ensure that all of our products are presented with the most up to date content, details and pricing. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental typos, pricing errors and variations in details, including but not limited to measurements and exact colour of items. As screen resolution can vary, so can the imagery on our site, therefore we cannot ever guarantee a colour and advise on ordering a sample, where this service is available.
We cannot be held responsible for cases where a supplier to LGI Barn has changed their supplied element for a product (including but not limited to fabrics), which then ultimately changes the overall look of the product. In these cases, we would work with yourselves, the customer, and our supplier to resolve any issues.
Due to the hand finished nature of many of our products we cannot be held responsible for variations in size and texture. All measurements provided are approximate.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification or price change of any of our products or services, outside of LGI Barn.
Product details and prices are subject to change, following our continued evaluation of product ranges.
All lead times are approximate and may depend on a number of factors relating to a particular product or products. Therefore, we reserve the right to update lead times at any time, where required. Occasionally a lead time may change, due to elements beyond our control, after an order has been placed. In this case we will fully communicate the anticipated delay in lead time to you, the customer. It will not be standard practice to offer a refund in these scenarios.
At LGI Barn we are working with several different delivery partners to ensure our customer deliveries arrive within the given timescale and in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in our delivery partners networks. Whilst we too find these delays frustrating, they are beyond our control and the responsibility of our delivery partners to resolve. We will liaise with you, our customer, to keep you updated of any changes where possible and where we have had reasonable prior notice from our delivery partner.
We reserve the right to amend our delivery pricing, due to rises in fuel costs and from direct rises from our suppliers at any time. We reserve the right to amend our delivery timescales at any time.
Purchasing & Payment Terms
When making a purchase through LGI Barn you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. Payment for an order is required immediately via our website via the payment methods advertised. All payment details are handled by a third-party company and are approved through our ecommerce provider, Shopify. No credit card details are stored by LGI Barn. Orders deemed to be suspicious or fraudulent will be held and further verification may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any orders, without notice, that do not meet our verification process.
At LGI Barn we want you to love your purchase but understand that you may need to make a return. Please find our returns policy outlined below.
Bespoke / Made to Order Items: Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged. Many of our items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. Please do get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries regarding your order though, as we’re always happy to help.
Where returns are allowed, this is limited to our stock items, i.e. not made to order. In this instance an email must be sent to email@example.com to inform us of your wish to return. You will receive an email confirming our acceptance of your return, including instructions of how to return your item. Please do not send your item(s) in for a return until you’ve received a reply from our returns team. We won’t be able to accept any returns that have not been approved by our returns team and cannot be liable for any returns that are sent in without prior contact to LGI Barn.
You must notify us of your wish to return within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 28 days of the date that the order was despatched. All returned items must arrive unused and in perfect condition. Any items that arrive damaged, will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their return courier, if this is how the damage was incurred, not LGI Barn.
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns that arrive to our warehouse with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt of the item, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund.
Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order arrives damaged and we will endeavour to resolve any issues for you.
When resolving any issues with a damaged item, it is worth noting that many elements of a single product could be brought together from several different suppliers. Therefore we reserve the right to replace these isolated elements where we feel appropriate in the case of customer feedback.
Any purchased made of sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where we take any personal details (including but not limited to addresses, telephone numbers and names) from you these will only be stored for delivery or billing purposes. Email addresses will only be stored for customer account purposes and for communication regarding any orders. Where you have agreed to sign up to our newsletter, we will use your email address for marketing purposes.
In the case of an inactive customer account, your details will be deleted from our systems after a long period no activity.
