Delivery Options & Timescales

Al LGI Barn we offer various delivery options, these are dependant on the product that you purchase and are detailed as you progress through our checkout. Please ensure you take into account the lead time and the delivery timescales when placing your order.

Some of our bespoke items are on a 4, 6 or 8 week lead time. Please see individual product details for more information or please refer to our full Shipping Policy for further details.

We have a daily order cut-off time of 12pm, any orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays, will be despatched adhering to the lead times and delivery timescales estimated. Any order received after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

At LGI Barn we want you to love your purchase but understand that you may need to make a return. Please find our full returns policy here.

Bespoke / Made to Order Items: Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged. Many of our items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. Please do get in touch via hello@lgibarn.com if you have any queries regarding your order though, as we’re always happy to help.

You must notify us of your wish to return within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 28 days of the date that the order was despatched.

We generally do not accept cancellations or amends for orders, but please call us on 01285 656900 within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to help.

Many of our items are handmade and therefore the given lead times allow for your item to be beautifully crafted. Please be aware that our lead times are a guide and, although rare, may change depending on factors beyond our control.

Every effort has been made to ensure as much of our packaging is as recyclable as possible, even down to our packaging tape!

On many of our items our outer packaging is cardboard, plus our interior packing components in most scenarios are paper or cardboard. So we are considering the environment with every order.
